Metro Services is looking to immediately hire a Customer Relations Representative for a company in La Vergne, TN. The successful candidate will perform clerical services in an office setting. This is a Temp-to-Hire position. Apply now!

Compensation:
Starting at $16.00/hour

Schedule:
1st Shift
Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m

Duties of the Customer Relations Representative include but are not limited to:

• Completing order process by phone, fax, mail, or email in a timely and professional manner


• Answering questions by phone and email

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Customer Service Experience


• Sales experience a plus


• Business Casual dress code


• Must be able to sit for long periods of time


• High School diploma or GED equivalent


• Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook


• Computer Operation skills with SAP Programs


• Positive attitude
